This was my first time attending Kaseya Connect Asia Pacific, and I can honestly say - if you're an MSP and you're not attending, you're doing yourself a disservice. The event is packed with valuable insights that can truly help you level up your MSP if you actively listen and take note of what’s being shared. The range of vendors showcasing their services and solutions is impressive, with each one offering something that could become a key asset for your business - and more importantly, for your customers. Beyond the learning, it’s an incredible opportunity to connect with thousands of like-minded professionals, share experiences, and help one another continue to grow in the MSP space.

Kaseya Connect Asia Pacific 2025 was an outstanding experience, incredibly well organised, insightful, and full of energy. The sessions were packed with valuable content, the speakers were engaging and the overall atmosphere encouraged real collaboration and learning. It was a fantastic opportunity to gain fresh perspectives on innovation and service delivery. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!

This event is very much worth attending. Kaseya are definitely moving forward with both innovation and improvements to existing products and offerings. We found their representatives very knowledgeable and accommodating. We base a lot of our business management direct and decision around the Kaseya stack and having attended the conference we feel more qualified and confident in the products and in being able to speak about them. The entire conference gave so much opportunity to connect with other MSP professionals and also discuss issues with the Kaseya team while learning about the entire suite of products and integrations available from other providers.

Kaseya Connect Asia Pacific 2025 was unreal. Such a brilliant event. The team and I had so much fun. We learnt so much. Between Kaseya, and the sponsors, and some MSP peers we spent all three days networking and learning about what the industry as a whole is doing.

A standout moment at Kaseya Connect APAC 2025 was meeting Raina Succar, Kaseya’s CEO. She’s an impressive leader insightful, grounded, and clearly here to get things done. Her ability to listen, understand the realities MSPs face, and articulate a clear, actionable vision for the future of Kaseya was incredibly refreshing. The event itself was inspiring, well-delivered, and a great opportunity to see the direction our industry is heading.
